Account Coordinator

Forrester Fundraising is a boutique consulting company specializing in direct marketing fundraising, strategy, and analytics for some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the US. Our team partners with the world’s leading charities including Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, The Carter Center and other nonprofit organizations.

As our business expands, we have a new opportunity to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day activities for key nonprofit accounts.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly results reports to team and fundraising clients.

  • Prepare client presentations in PowerPoint and Google docs.

  • Review creative content for direct mail and email fundraising communications.

  • Communicate directly with clients ensuring the realization of goals and continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with clients to integrate direct mail and digital campaigns.

  • Manage and process data files for clients.

  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and ensure that meeting follow-up is completed.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for company and individual clients.

  • Maintain Microsoft Teams site with contacts and schedules.

  • Prepare and track client invoices.

  • Perform client research and document findings.

  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields, or a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, nonprofit fundraising and/or communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal team and external client teams.

  • Strong analytic skills and experience creating reports in Excel.

  • Dependable, self-starter, with a creative approach to problem-solving.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Must be able to work efficiently in a virtual working environment.

  • Knowledge of direct marketing, fundraising and/or account management preferred.
